Yeah, it's been a while, really.
Especially, after the burma's agony and sichuan (四川)'s catastrophe, not to mention the volatile mess of our beloved 'boleh'land.
I've been wondering: How to educate unkind/evil people?
Someone said this:
"I'm not happy about the way the Chinese are treating the Tibetans, because I don't think anyone should be unkind to anyone else. And then this earthquake and all this stuff happened, and then I thought, is that karma? When you're not nice, that the bad things happen to you?"
If anyone in your family has an accident and someone says it's bad karma because your family is not that nice to others, how are you gonna react? how are the Chinese gonna react when they are grieving more than 68k of fellow countrymen?
Fortunately, she apologized. I dont know, maybe Dalai's friend was overdoped during the Cannes festival.
The other said this:
“I want them to charge me in court. Only then will I have the opportunity to expose more conflicts faced by the judges, including those who have implicated me.”
Those were the words from the man who ruled Malaysia with an iron fist for 22 years.
Following the report prepared by a royal commission that investigated a video clip allegedly showing top lawyer, Mr. It-sounds-like-me-it-looks-like-me-but-it's-not-me brokering judge appointments, at least we, the Rakyat get to know a bit more, probably 1% of the whole truth?
Do not blame the government, because I think it's us, the Rakyat that allowed this to happen. Yes, we allowed the judge-fixing scandal, we allowed the corruptions, we allowed the iron-fist, etc.
So is it not too late for us, the Rakyat to buck up and start critically analyse and govern our own government?
Stand up, people!
Speak up, people!
Have the courage to do the right thing, although 99% out there are not doing it.
